Zucchini and Walnut Muffins

I needed to make an after school snack and after looking through the refrigerator, I decided to make zucchini muffins so I could use up the last bit of zucchini I had. I wanted to make the muffins a bit healthy so I used mostly whole wheat flour and I used canola oil instead of butter. This was a really fun and easy project to do with my son and he had so much fun mixing all the ingredients
