Pineapple, Banana, Coconut, and White Chocolate Chip Bread

My kids wanted to bake something for their afternoon snack so after looking in my cupboards to see what we had to use we went in search of a fun new recipe to try. This bread was easy to make and it smelled fantastic while it baked.
