I went all vintage last year. I'm lucky because I have a mom who treasures all those trinkets from the year she married my dad, but if your mom has thrown away all of her stuffs, don't fret. Because these days, vintage can be bought (great gift ideas too!).

That's why I was here
Tell me...
Anything that wants you to tell me...
Sad or happy...
I will not be had been bored...
That's why I was here...
This is not a promise...
But a proof...
From a man...
That loved with the heart.

A cup of life & DIY Daily Planner
Last week my 'someone' told me that he's already gotten something for me from Jakarta. He planned to go to Surabaya at weekend to attend our friend's wedding.
"Waaa, what do you have for me?" me said.
"Something small, and you can hold it with in your hands!"
"What is it exactly??" I insisted to know.
"Ahhh let's just do a gift exchange! Now you should prepare something for me!"
Was I wrong to imagine he would give me something like this??
Source of picture: here.
Then I decided to create something by my own hand just for him. Besides, he would give me something precious, right?
Then I sewn a book cover (pardon me if the design became too feminine huhuhu). Totally handmade :D
And then, there came the day we do gift exchange.
So curious what he brought me??
Key holder -_____-"
Oh please... A souvenir from an exhibition.... Am I the only one who's pathetically dreaming something romantic or what? What am I gonna do with that?
:))
PS: dear you, anyway thanks for the gift... somehow you're so unique and unexpected :P

Fettuccine with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Spinach, Pine Nuts, and Basil
I loved my Linguine with Turkey Italian Sausage, Tomatoes, Arugula, and Ciliengini so much that I wanted to use the same sauce base for this recipe but with different ingredients. I used what I had on hand and tossed it with my homemade fettuccine. It was quick and simple to make and tasted wonderful! We all, dinner guests AND children included, loved this dish. It was full of great flavors and

Homemade Fettuccine
I was recently sent a pasta kit from the folks at Johnsonville. The kit included a pasta machine, a pasta dryer, cheese grater, and meatball former... being a food blogger has great perks! Anyway, I thought I would try making homemade fettuccine. Most recipes online were similar so I just read a few to get the general idea on how to make the pasta. I then searched for some videos to help show me

Kontes Ayam Ketawa Yang Merebak Di Pinrang

I found the rainbow
I found the rainbow...
In time at the dusk came...
The rainbow of one colour...
That made me be stunned...
Beautiful colour...
Lighted at the dusk...
Gave new hope...
About the love...
The love that for a long time has been lost...
By the wish that was not realised...
Oh the rainbow...
Permit me to add the new colour...
Two colours that become one...
That will decorate the world...
Two colors of one love...
That complemented each other...
To the end of later.

How are you, everyone? Finally I have a chance to update this blog. This time, I'm wearing Goddess Zebra Gloss Jumpsuit from Nefertiti which I got for free because I won the quiz! So happy! And this jumpsuit is so lovely. I can wear it to party, to mall, everywhere! Thank you Nefertiti!
Anyway, just had an IELTS preparation test today and my Speaking sucks! Got 5.0 mark only. Anyone let's talk in English! Have no one to talk to. Grr. Okay enough with the babbling. Have a nice weekend you all! xoxo
p.s. This is my sister's guitar. I can't play guitar!

We Are Who We Are
Someone from Malaysia sent me an email, asking about my decision to resign from the company I was working for in order to pursue another opportunity that had no strong promise of its future potential, and had no guarantee on what it can bring to my life. She asked me how it felt, during those very defining moments...:)
It was hard! It was hard to even just make up my own mind. I would wake up in the morning so convinced that I had to resign, but then during the day, I would actually enjoy my work and cherish the wonderful colleagues I had, then develop a second thought that I should not resign, and just manage everything as best as possible. I felt good by the compliments I received from my bosses...I enjoyed the stable income, the clear career path, the delicious treats from agencies. I enjoyed what I was given. But then at night, I would wonder what most matters in life, and what would make not only myself happy, but my soul as well. I thought about it for a very long time. And I finally knew, that I want to enjoy the feeling of creating something, from my very own hands.
For whatever that is I wanted to do, I needed time, and I needed to focus. Working 9 to 5 surely didn't allow me to have enough time, moreover the energy I needed. And I guess that was it. That was the simplest, strongest reason why I quit my job...to have enough energy and time. I want to be able to enjoy both worlds, but do I need to? And even if I succeed in convincing myself that I need to, am I actually able to? It became about measuring my own capabilities in the most genuine & realistic manner. So I resigned.
I was scared, not of failing, but of regretting. But in life, I guess we should never have regrets, for having so doesn't do us any favor but sadness. And for whatever happens next, we can always have a another plan, right?
The more I grow older, the more I learn to be true to myself. It sounds cheesy, I know. But it matters, really. I could have lied, and told myself that I can maintain my career and do what I wanted to do both at the same time. I could've been a super someone. But I'm not. For nobody is. And I guess I could have just gone with my career, to play safe. But dreams are there to pursue, and it's pretty that way.
If there's a will, there's a way. And if it's positive, the universe is with us...:)
Be true to yourself, guys...100% original...:)

The True Hero
A teacher...
The true hero...
Gave and shared...
With the sincerity...
You taught goodness...
To face the life...
You showed the way...
To gain the dream...
Without you...
We are nothing...
With you...
We become a useful person...
Thank you...
For all of your kindness...
Will not be had been forgotten...
To the end of the life.
#With those poem i wanna said TQ one more time for Nova, that give me award again :)
