Pork Tenderloin with a Honey Mustard Sauce

I wanted to make a healthy and quick meal for dinner so I decided to make a pork tenderloin with a simple honey mustard sauce. I made the sauce a few hours ahead of dinner so the flavors would have time to mingle. I seasoned the pork with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper and seared it on all sides before putting it in the oven to roast. I warmed up the sauce prior to serving and drizzled over
